I'm an engineering and energy enthusiast who has dedicated a lifetime to driving innovation in the Oil & Gas as well as in the Infrastructure and Real Estate industry —with an unwavering commitment to safety as the top priority in every operation, reflecting a versatile leadership path grounded in technical excellence and strategic vision.

With a Master’s in Civil Engineering from Politecnico di Milano and a diploma from Harborfields High School in New York, I’ve had the privilege of working across diverse cultures and continents. I’m fluent in Italian, English, and French.

Since starting at Saipem in 1986, I’ve built hands-on expertise in Oil & Gas, offshore construction, project and asset management, procurement, civil infrastructures and real estate. In 2006, I became Senior VP of Assets at Saipem Spa, leading a global fleet and spearheading a major fleet renewal program—building 12 new offshore units and 3 logistics bases between 2007 and 2011.

From 2011 to 2016, I expanded into civil infrastructure and real estate investments as Senior VP at Eniservizi (Eni), leading the development of new real estate assets and contributing to urban transformation projects.
In 2016, I rejoined Saipem as COO of Offshore Drilling. By 2020, I was also COO of Onshore Drilling. In 2022, I became COO of Asset Based Services, integrating offshore engineering, construction, and drilling. Since July 2024, following the restructuring of ABS, I currently serve as Chief Operating Officer of Drilling.

My leadership journey spans international board positions as Chairman of E.R.S. b.v. (Holland), Board Member S.P.C.M. Lda. (Portugal), Boscongo s.a.(Congo), Saibos CML Lda (Portugal), Kwanda Lda (Angola), Frigstad Ltd (Singapore), Saipem (Beijing) Technical Services Ltd (China), KCA Deutag (UK).

I am an architect and digital strategist who has devoted my career to transforming the way complex projects are conceived, designed, and delivered — with a focus on digital innovation, engineering excellence, and the intelligent management of industrial assets.

With a background that bridges architecture, engineering, and advanced digital technologies, I started my career with Gehry Technologies, where I served as Director for Europe and South America.

In 2013, I founded 3.im, today a leading boutique consultancy in digital engineering and asset transformation, where I serve as CEO. Under my leadership, 3.im has spearheaded the digitization of industrial assets and infrastructures across multiple geographies, from Brazil and Mexico to the UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, the UK, France, Switzerland, Poland, the Netherlands, Italy, and Norway.

I led the digital delivery of landmark projects such as the Louvre Abu Dhabi, the Sheikh Zayed National Museum, the Qatar National Museum in Doha, the Kapsarc i Ryiadh, the Aramco Stadium in Damma, the Dubai Uptown and the Royal Atlantis in Dubai, building a reputation for precision and innovation in some of the most complex projects worldwide.

Our work spans energy, oil & gas, utilities, and infrastructure — helping clients leverage Digital Twin technologies, Scan-to-BIM, and predictive analytics to drive efficiency, safety, and competitiveness.

Beyond industry practice, I am a visiting professor at several European universities, where I lecture on digital engineering and project innovation, sharing insights with the next generation of engineers and architects.
